Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role involves liaising with tenants on behalf of the client. Daily tasks can include chasing arrears, and I have also been involved with an off market tender exercise recently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the apprenticeship programme. Although it can be hard to manage alongside work the content is very interesting.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed lots of skills building on foundations I already had. My communication and time management has definitely improved.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme so far seems to have been very well structured and there are always people to ask if something isn't clear.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
We receive a lot of support, my line manager attends meetings with me so is up to date with the work I am doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The university provide academic support options but it can feel very distant when everything is online.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I can definitely see the direct links between what I am being taught and the tasks I have to do in my role. As I develop in the work place and become more involved in different jobs it will become increasingly relevant.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There are networking events shared around to get involved in but no further sports teams or socials that I am aware of.
