My current role involves the disposal on land with development potential. My day to day activities include compiling marketing material, running development appraisals, dealing with developer enquiries and analysing offers from prospective parties.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt a lot of people skills, with the job largely client focused. I have also improved my technological competence through the use of various software applications. You are also part of a team, so the job has improved my team working capacities.

Savills are very supportive, with various training days put on throughout the year and I am very fortunate to have a hugely supportive line manager.
