I'm required to give evidence of having certain skills and knowledge which requires me to think a lot about what I do day to day and what I can be doing to develop the skills I need.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

A lot of socials especially when you first join and for when big projects are finished , there are regular meet ups to play football, netball or whatever sport you're interested in. I've had opportunities to help arrange charity events.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
Yes
Why?
A lot of other young people so you don't feel like you stick out and everyone is super supportive in helping you do your best
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
Don't be too hard on yourself during the interviews as its normal to feel nervous and they likely wont hold it against you. Also the chances are you think you came across a lot more nervous than you actually did.
