The knowledge we gain from college massively helps us on our placements, it provides the understanding needed to work on the majority of systems, components and structures on the aircraft.
Our NVQ3 provides evidence on the knowledge we have gained, and steers us towards achieving specific criteria that will get us a wider range of experiences and knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of STEM events that we are encouraged to get involved in. The apprenticeship awards are held once a year to hold graduation and network.
