The role is different every single day and keeps you on your toes! From managing commercial buildings, to meeting with tenants and liaising with clients- there is never a dull day at Savills!

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My confidence has definitely improved since working at Savills- I'm open to networking with new people within the industry and Savills hosts so many opportunities to do so.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's a 5 year structured programme- Savills and UCEM are very supportive and assist you along the way
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Loads- the apprentice team and my departments colleagues are excellent! Everyone is so willing to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again loads- all apprentices have a designated apprentice officer who has regular quarterly meetings with you to track your progress and make sure everything's okay. They are available if you have any concerns.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification really provides the theory behind my day to day job and I'm able to 'join the dots' on the knowledge learned to my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are loads of professional networking events as well as charity events which can be hosted- Savills always welcomes ideas.
