On my day to day basis, I help my team by providing any technical support and also deal with clients from many industries providing them coverage that my team work in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme so far, everything is going well. I thought the introductory programme and the first week was laid out really well.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During the course of my apprenticeship so far, I have learnt many new technical skills with the platforms and apps that my team use. As well as this, some other technical skills that I have developed are improvement in Excel Spreadsheets and PDF.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured - they have laid out learning sessions in order for me to gain my qualification, how their system is for the apprenticeship on and off as well is all very good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If I have any questions about anything I can ask anybody as everyone is really friendly and they will be happy to help me out with my query.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have scheduled calls with our training provider for learning sessions, we have scheduled catch-ups with our individually assigned person with and if need other things they are happy to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

By gaining my qualification as I'm working it will benefit me by having a greater understanding of my day to day role and improve the experience that I missed out on in comparison to my team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes in every team that I've heard from other people everyone does get invited to professional networking events. Depending on the team I know there are some sports teams that you can join.

Why?
WTW was top 5 in rate my apprenticeship for my year of apprentice cohorts. Everybody in the company is really friendly, the way the company is structured is really good etc.
