Since starting, not only has my theory knowledge improved vastly, but also my hand skills and problem solving have improved since beginning on the job training.

The structure of the apprenticeship is good, we were provided with a clear plan for the three years upon starting and this has not been wavered from.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Communication with managers is frequent, and any problems are almost always quickly resolved

Regular support meetings are held with the training provider to ensure we have all the resources we need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The theory of the training helps provide a better knowledge of the tasks that we are completing on aircraft, therefore this is very helpful
