Lots of support from my team that I work with personally , not much from the company as a whole for example - the learning team who are supposed to support apprentices

Yes, learning cohorts are encouraged to join development teams, I am on the Digi team which allows me to do more than just my job and gain new experiences. There are also many sports clubs to join too - I am a part of the netball team.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
Put relevant qualifications on your CV to get through the first round as they have a recruitment agency rather than Unilever employees deciding about who to interview
