Data analysis, literature reviews, economic modelling, contributing to analytical projects, writing impact assessment, writing business cases, conducting economic analysis, attending conferences, market monitoring, drafting reports, papers and briefings, giving verbal briefings, attending/chairing meetings
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoyable programme. Can be high workload. Would benefit from more flexibility from the employer to move around organisations. Would benefit from greater choice in modules from training provider. End Point Assessment needs lots of improvement

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well organised and structured by University of Kent. Employer could better structure the programme to focus on development and career progression. End Point Assessment largely poorly organised and structured
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Variable. Greater support (re. career development, rolling off the programme) would have been appreciated. On the whole, line managers were very supportive of development
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University of Kent provided lots of support (academic and pastoral)
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Qualification could be tweaked with greater choice of modules (esp climate economics, finance economics, political economy) and more advanced economic modelling
