Running my department, also running the store, ensuring safe and legal at all times.
Recruitment, coaching and development of team.
Responsible for growing business and attaining KPI's.
Maintaining relationships with customers, growing and maintaining relationships with internal and external departments and colleagues.
Undertaking any special in store projects.
Working at other store where necessary.

Enjoy my apprenticeship very much. Learn something every time I log on and enter a module, which makes the whole process worthwhile.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt many new skills. Attended First and and Fire Marshall training. Developed existing health and safety awareness and related skills.

Definitely gives me extra skills to perform my day to day leadership role. Can always mentally refer back to content learnt in recent modules. All very relevant.
