To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the first 6 months to a year, the rest was pretty rough as I just continually got forgotton or more and more roadblocks were put up to stop me finishing the course

The part relating to my actual apprenticeship was well structured and regularly checked the part dealing with maths had no organisation at all.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer made allowances, gave me time to get finished and supported at every step of the way whatever I needed to get it done
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

From my coach lots of support from the provider itself nothing, had very little response until complaints came from within screwfix

it think its helped me be more confident in my role because it highlights what i already knew and expanded on the existing framework
