I am really enjoying the flexibility of the programme and how I can add as much self led learning as I would like to my weekly tasks.

I am developing my HR skills on a daily basis, as well as learning new skills on computer software like iCIMS, excel etc.

I have already got involved with a couple of charity days - one was a danceathon that the whole of the HR function got involved in, I have also done a charity day helping paint a care facility in the local area.
