Running two sites, looking over 100 staff, involving multiple service lines. My role is to ensure our consumers receive great customer service whilst being complaint and driving revenue lines
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Has proved challenging juggling home life, work and an apprenticeship. The course could also been smoother with 3 different tutors through the process. Some assignments seemed pointless as they did not count towards any mark
