Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I sat in 2 seat which were Employment and Energy. My supervisors gave me tasks to complete throughout the day. I also had 3 daily meetings with my supervisors and trainee buddy. During these meetings, I asked a couple of questions about the firm.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I gained insight into the structure of the training contract during my chats with the supervisor and a dedicated presentation.

The culture was extremely non-hierarchical and open. I felt like I could ask questions openly and everyone was very approachable.
