Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a Duty Manager which involves the setting up and the running of a store shift. This also involves supporting the operations managers and store manager with the smooth running of the store.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the course I am on and the knowledge it is giving me.

I have learned so many new skills from managing a team to managing myself and my own time. I am really looking forward to what the rest of the course can teach me.

I have learned a lot about myself already and how I behave whilst I am at work. It has given me a lot of useful pointers so far

We go out as a team every once in a while as an unwind from work and there are also engagement days to attend to allow for better understanding of company relationships
