I manage the delivery of our employment and skills S106 obligations as well as ensure the company's value of upskilling employees is implemented and recorded appropriately. This involves managing relationships with stakeholders, engaging with various educational establishments and liaising with various teams and departments within the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt the learning and development cycle and additional personal skills through various workshops.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised, I know when all of my sessions are and what they will be covering.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from my employer on my reviews and general input required to fulfil my units on my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support is provided by the training provider through reviews, one to one catch ups and various workshops. They are always contactable.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am starting to see gaps in the business where my apprenticeship will be beneficial to develop the training pathways for employees and the upskilling options available that aren't currently as accessible as they should be.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are a lot of networking events and social activities within the business
