To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It depends on the area and topic of study. Some like communication methods/ feedback tools are very engaging while others such as stakeholders interest etc are heavy and irrelevant for my job role.

I have developed coaching skills and learnt about various psychological theories that I can apply at workplace dealing with teams and colelagues.
