Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
The timetable for the day determines how I spend my everyday time. My regular schedule calls for me to attend classes for theory work in part and concentrate on practical assignments at other times. During my practical employment, I get to carry out a number of tasks like managing customer complaints, following up with consumers, or taking part in a sales drive. Since I continue to learn new things every day, they have all benefited me.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I value the opportunity to collaborate on projects with other students, and the programme has given me the chance to meet some fantastic people. It has been incredibly helpful for my classmates and I to collaborate on practical tasks. This is the first time that I have the chance to put my skills to work, and it's been a fantastic learning opportunity.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have had experience connecting with clients both orally and in writing. This involves being able to communicate the benefits of my products or services as well as being aware of and understanding my customers demands. I must also have outstanding listening skills if I am going to succeed. I now understand how to interact with clients, deliver top-notch customer service, and boost sales.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is well organised and well-structured. They give us a mix of theoretical education and practical experience, which gives us the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in my line of work. The programme is designed to be flexible so that we can meet the students' academic and employment needs. Additionally, they offer a variety of support services, such as coaching, mentorship, and financial assistance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer gives me a lot of help. I was matched with a mentor who is a seasoned professional in my area through mentorship courses. He provides me with guidance and assistance as I develop my knowledge and skills. We are always trained before beginning work on a new job. This helps with comprehension and having a thorough understanding of the nature of the activity.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider gives me a lot of assistance as I get ready for my certifications. In order for my training provider to have a clear understanding of my learning, we have been in constant contact. They also give me access to important resources for my career. Additionally, they have a fantastic assessment programme where they can talk to you and tell you what you need to work on.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My education helped me develop a better study plan, which improved my knowledge and abilities. As a result of participating in real-world work experience, I felt more confident overall and improved as a professional. I got the chance to first learn the theory that underpinned my job, which helped me to fully understand it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Undoubtedly, there are several extracurricular activities. In my workplace, football is one of the most popular sports. Colleagues enjoy getting together and having fun as a group. We also had team-building activities where apprentices were grouped and guided through a programe that assisted in developing and fostering a sense of teamwork.
