Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over the week, there were sessions on presentations about different business lines and products with global data, analytics and sales from the team leaders and members of the specific desk. There were also sessions which covers the ESG section on D&I, ESG data, philantroohy event etc.. All groups are asked to do a group presentation which was given on Day 2 and 15 mins presentation on Day 5. We had a phantom exercise to shadow the client service side and global data exercise on using the Terminal.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Interesting to see so many opportunities available due to the size of the company

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was nice, but I would suggest to have both an invidual project and group project with the rationale that group project fosters team work and let one step out of comfort zone should one be placed into a group whose preference might be different and had to do a project the does not really showcase the skills of one, which can be shown in invidual projects should there be any.
