I love the program and how its structured. Working and studying is challenging but I enjoy the challenge.

Fairly well organized, work life is very structured and project/demand driven, university is very much deadline driven and can be hard to find a balance of both.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The Employer provides countless opportunities for support, just being surrounded by experts opens a lot of opportunity for support and learning. Additionally, being given 5 days a year study leave.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Ample opportunity to do extra qualifications and training with the ability to shadow nearly anyone in the wider company.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me the knowledge I need for configuring and designing networks. Some of the content is outdated and hard to introduce to the role.
