Helping run jobs across the Northampton area by helping with payments applications, check on site, communication with the client etc on a day to day basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the job and who I work with on site. There is alot of pressure that comes with it though

I have learnt what it takes to run a job, understanidng of excel and the companies systems that we use on a day to day basis. As well as putting on training days

There was a lot of change within the company after year 1 where some support was lost but has now improved by a great consent
