My role includes keeping a close relationship with customers and keeping updating on their jobs. This also involves pricing, quoting and ordering products for customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the workshops and all together meetings. It gives me a wider perspective and understanding on how other people who have the same job title as me differentiate themselves from me.

Yes, I have learned that there is a lot more to think about everyday and the hidden priorities that fall on my back at work.

Very. I don’t think there has ever been an occasion where I felt the programme wasn’t run correctly. I am supported extremely well by my learner.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is supportive and is asking for regular updates. Any uncertainty they are happy to help and make sure I have a clear understanding.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Screwfix is an eye opening and very pleasant place to work. I have created a lovely support system in my place of work and we all get along on a friendship level.

Be ready for a fast pace, sales driven and high demanding start. You will thrive if you enjoy the work.
