im a service management apprentice, my main DTD is service reporting and raising PO's for IT. however this can vary from person to person (in the same role)
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i think for myself, i would of been better off on a data analyst course but its decent

yes i have learnt alot about excel and how finance works... also how to present data on a corporate level

How well organised/structured is your programme?

yes all is well, projects take a while so its difficult to get portfolio work done quickly but its not too much of an issue, the course is structured in a fair enough manner for the apprentice/student
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i recieve all the support i could ever need, all my team around me are really helpful and understanding
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

it works by them checking up on you every so often but you can ask for help whenever and they have neever failed to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

like i said previously, it doesnt really have too much to do with my day to day but you see snippets of it here and there

yes there are networking events and trivial quizes for prizes and much more
