What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very helpful! I was able to understand all the pathways available for me in the company. There is a clear structure and lots of support available on the graduate scheme at Savills. This information was delivered through webinar sessions and networking with directors and graduates.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
There is a great company culture where directors aren't far removed from those working under them, this allows a lot of teamwork. Very friendly and most people who noticed I was new came to greet me, introduced their role within the business which broadened my horizons.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the insight week! I learnt a lot about the property industry and the role sustainability is playing in transforming the industry at large. I really enjoyed moments where I could see links between my degree and how it applies in the real world. I also appreciated moments where I could try new things.
