I am an apprentice electrician who works on a handful of sites with my mentor, learning as i progress with the job and experience new things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I do enjoy my work as i get to learn new skills and get to experience different sites each day. I get to have my own responsibilities and learn from my peers, this allows me to grow and get better as the longer i practice/

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes i have learnt many new skills and I have also developed many of my existing skills. I use new and old skills everyday while working on new projects and adapting to each job as needed.

There has been a few hiccups here and there with changes happening last minute but all around it has been okay. If there has been problems they have got fixed and ironed out over time.

2/5
The support has been has been there when needed, its not always easy to ensure support is available but after some time it usually gets better.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I have monthly meeting with my training provider who ensures we are up to date on tasks that are needing done and ensure my progress is going up. It's easy to get in touch and figure out any problems
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
In someways it helps but my qualifications have zero practical courses while my work is pretty much all hands on and im able to learn the more i work through jobs with my mentor.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
