Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This is a great opportunity for me in this insight programme. I can learn a lot of things and I have been to two outing to know more about what a planner will do . I am also doing a project about planning and understand about secondary school in Reading.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
This may help me in my future career. I am trying to involve in it first and i will know whether I love this aspect and choose it in my future career.

I have developed an existing skills about doing a project, how to elaborate in a detailed and clear way. Also, I have learn about what is the actual work of a planning will do daily. Moreover, I have communicate with different staff that improved my communication skills.
