Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Shadowing a graduate mentor within the property management department for the week. The days consisted of attending department overviews run by graduates in other departments of the company via zoom, also going out on site visits and completing tasks within the office.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The organised zoom meetings giving an overview of some roles within the business has been a useful insight to understand more about the company and its structure, it has also opened up options that I would not of know about and would definitely consider.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It is a professional company but the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the office environment can be busy at times but the atmosphere is friendly and easy to settle in quickly.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I was unsure what to expect on the insight week but I have thoroughly enjoyed the week and would definitely recommend to other students, it has given me an insight to what is available for the future and other programmes to get involved in within the company.
