4/5
I have learned how to terminate cables, how motors work and how electricity works, I have improved my dexterity and hand eye co ordination as well as my confidence with tools

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Sometimes it could be better organised when we are supposed to come on site, I feel it is left last minute and then when we get onsite there is a lot of waiting around because we don't know where to go or what to do but college is always pretty organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot of support I am able to contact my line managers whenever I need something and am always given what I need
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a lot of support this comes in the form of tutorials more notes and class time to go over things I'm unsure of
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It helps a lot although I feel like it would be beneficial if it was more linked into what we would be working on onsite maybe fault finding and maintainence it exercises in the workshop would help
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
I'm not sure I haven't been made aware of any
