Viewing Properties, Researching, Marketing, Gaining insight into all different areas of the current market.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great to understand more about the roles that i am considering a career in. It was also fantastic to learn more about the overall business and the wider roles and opportunities that are available at Savills and that they entail.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I improved my presentation and understanding of Excel spread sheets. I have learnt how to complete Agents Society marketing lists, use savills maps, create brochures and comparable evidence reports. I have also developed communication skills with professionals and developed a passion for the work.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It is a very inviting and friendly atmosphere around the office and outside the office. I found the flat business structure of everyone working in the same area provided me with a thorough insight into the department and overall office.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed the Insight Programme immensely as it provided a clear insight into the Commercial Agency Department as well as the wider business. I thoroughly enjoyed the tasks I completed as they challenged and enlightened me.
