Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I shadowed my mentor and performed tasks such as looking over leases to make sure they matched with data bases, checking vacancy records and analyzing service budgets. As well as this I attended a site visit.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very helpful in thinking about possible career options as well as looking into which department within real estate I would be most interested in. Talking to graduates and employees at Savills has given me a insight into what the culture of the company is like.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have developed my analyzation skills when looking through leases as well as looking at possible increases and decreases for a service budget. The experience has helped me to conceptualize the work I have been doing in my University Course and has helped me see how it applies into a professional setting.

Vey friendly and welcoming and felt included during my week. The atmosphere of Savills is warm and was a great thing to be a part of.
