Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The week proved to be incredibly useful and insightful. I gained insight into many different aspects of the real industry through sitting in department overview meetings. I also assisted in a number of tasks such as targeting global industrial clients with a focus on opening up conversations regarding their respective wider real estate strategies. I also spent time summarizing Savills insight publications ahead of the release of an upcoming newsletter.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The business insight that I gained from the weeks work placement was invaluable. Through department overview meetings/webinars and networking events I was able to learn and understand details of the business and potential roles available at the frim.
