Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Why wouldn't I. The pay prospects, the people, the product, the environment are all spot on. The workload and apprenticeship studies are also interesting.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Keep applying. If you aren't successful in the first year, ask and take onboard the feedback and work on this. A lot of apprentices have been taken on after being rejected in previous years.
