How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is little secure structure to the programme, plans are not organised well in advance, they are only told a couple weeks before. Other than college holidays, they are organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Enough that when I have a problem I get support in time. The employee assistance programme is useful if I needed it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Eal - I don’t have any access to their support, the college itself is very supportive.
