Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Being an Apprentice its all about getting experience and learning. the fist year is college based so we learn about the stuff that we will do later on in the apprenticeship. whether its learning about an aircraft systems or about tools there is a lot of knowledge to take in.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy this program. my co workers are very nice people and make work an enjoyable environment. outside of work at our accommodation i enjoy revising and working and preparing for exams. i enjoy the work in college too such as the practical work which gives us a good idea of every day work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Prior to starting my apprenticeship, i would prepare for exams but just reading notes which isn't a great way to revise. From talking to my manager at Boeing, CAVC and my co workers, i have better ways tor revise such as quizlets, mind maps and asking each other practice questions
