As a first year pipefitting apprentice, i only really have experience working in college, where we do both academic and practical work. The college has been really helpful in regards to giving us a basic knowledge on what will come in the yard.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My colleagues have helped with the programme, when it comes to any problems with work etc, everyone helps each other out.

I’ve learned many skills that will come in handy in the yard. Both practically and academically.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme is structured well, I just wish there was more clarity between college and my employer, due to a few hiccups throughout the year.
