This role involves monthly reporting, in addition to looking at resource and creating / maintaining dashboards.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much, its a great balance between working in placements and taking time for university as well.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned excel skills, power point, and word skills. In addition to knowledge on the projects i've worked on.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organised, however being the first cohort there has been a few teething issues.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive loads of support from my employer, whether that be the apprenticeship, line managers or HR.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support when working towards qualifications, designated time is given to ensure i can complete assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the qualification definitely links to the role in placement, and the more learning we undertake, the easier the role will become.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are peer coaching events for networking, and several socials put in place to ensure we create a solid working environment.
