i receive adequate support but sometimes it can be lacking from individual teachers rather than them as a whole

i feel that it has slightly increased my knowledge of engineering in general but it hasnt come into my placement work at all really since starting the business, as it is all experienced and people based skills that are useful.

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It has major benefits as an apprentice including great pay and a good qualification all paid for. As well as extremely interesting work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Go for it as once you get a job with BAE Systems you are sorted for life or you can gain the experience and the reputation to follow other opportunities within your function all over the world.
