During my time at BAE I have learnt a wide range of new skills. I have learnt new ways to produce drawing and models within the CAD unit. New skills for manufacturing within fitting such as drilling or riveting. Not only these physical skills but other key skills needs for working at BAE such as team work and leadership with the outward bound week.

The programme is very well structed. I feel they give a good amount of time within each of the units provided as well as a well rounded topics to provide information within different areas of the business. Other activities they provide for the course such as the outward bounds trip also helps builds friendships and learn more about the company's behaviours.

5/5
I receive a lot of support within my courses. The skills coaches that we have are very helpful with good support as they provide time outside of the lesson to help you with any work that is needed to be completed. We also have online help that can guide us on topics if we have been struggling outside of work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification helps me to preform better in my job role as I'm working towards a role in fitting. With the training within fitting and other units it provides more knowledge to better understand my role within the business and what I may need to do.
