Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day includes submitting invoices onto our subcontract management. I am in charge of the sign in sheet for employees and visitors, I also chase our guys for their HAVi sheets, for me to upload onto our database. I also keep charge of the first aid boxes, burns box and eye wash stations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it. There is something different everyday. No two days are the same. I am hoping to go on to Permitting,

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, i have learnt how to properly use an excel spreadsheet with formulas, I have created my own, that is used for our HAVi information. My speaking and listening skills have come on leaps and bounds.

From Tarmac, it's perfect they have done all they can. It's the college that is bad, no communication, poor management

It has shown me that even just sending an email you always have to think, does it breach GDPR? etc. Something i wouldn't usually think of

Yes there is, we have an EDP Programme, and we also have a football team which we play against others
