My daily work involves -

⦁ Change orders
⦁ P.O.D checks
⦁ Add material to quote
⦁ Raise a DSQ for customer (new quote)
⦁ Raise complaints
⦁ Deal with challenging customers
⦁ Re-book jobs
⦁ Take payment (cash sale)
⦁ Call plants, capacity, planners etc
• Update spread sheets
• Liase with customers
• Help plants with issue

As for tarmac on a whole i believe their knowledge and interaction with apprentices is limited as when i started this course no one knew what exactly was going on so it is always a learning journey not only for me but my supervisor as well
