Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves analysing retailer data and identifying the gaps that we have and where we can do better. So far I have used Excel and Power BI to create workbooks and PBI reports. Most of my interaction is within my own team but is sometimes with other markets.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot, though I wish I was given projects a bit sooner.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

As an apprentice I have developed my Excel skills, as before now I had a very basic understanding of it. I have also gained the ability to use Power BI as well as the ability to use SQL within business apps.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured and I know exactly when everything is going to take place.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer and my manager attends meetings with the apprenticeship provider in order to better identify how I can improve.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have semi-regular meetings with my coach from my training provider who is very very supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has helped enhance my current skills in order to provide much better work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are networking events between apprentices as well as socials within the teams sometimes. I have also seen advertisements for yoga, sports teams etc.
