Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Interactive sessions with various aspects of the firm - various practice groups as well as internal departments such as trainee training. Time spent with trainers in our specific department where we got exposure to the specific practice area we asked to see.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was a very exciting and well-structured experience to have the business structure and roles explained in a way that outsiders like us could understand.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Exceptional. All law firms say that they have a good culture but I was blow away by how friendly and approachable everyone was, regardless of seniority.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
To the greatest extent possible. It was an exceptionally well-run scheme and I learned a huge amount while enjoying every experience from the moment I arrived.
