Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
During the scheme, participants sat in two different teams for one week each. I had to do one research task each week and performed other tasks to support my supervising associates throughout the week.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The explanation about the process of becoming a trainee and an NQ solicitor, if offered a place, was very clear.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Several events were organised throughout the two weeks, which allowed me to speak to various people throughout the firm, in various departments and at various levels of seniority.
