Not much support or structure in place in the London Region. Many experienced people who are senior, understaffed so lack of time to help new employees

The Uni side of the course is very organised however the work place structure is not in place. I had to request a mentor and buddy, these were not in place when i started.

Lack of support due to senior members of staff lacking time to focus on New employees and teaching new skils.

Lots of support, many people to go to if there's problems, supportive staff.

No outside events, there's no way of knowing who are other trainees or who else works in the region.

Would you recommend Kier Group to a friend?
No
Why?
Lack of support and structure. Jobs are unorganised and deadlines are missed.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kier Group?
If you are already experienced then this may be a good place to work however as a new employee a different region or smaller company may be more personal and therefore better support.
