I work in the marketing team as a marketing executive. I work closely with design and business development, to create and update our company collateral and I produce lead-gen webinars or other content.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme has excelled my expectations! Aptem, the online learning platform is quite useful and easy to use, and my coach is super supportive and approachable.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised, I have my progress reviews every 6 weeks with my coach and line manager and my Lifetime coach supports me with my OTJ and ad-hoc questions.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support. I had to pass my Functional Skills (maths and English Level 2), and I had access to virtual classrooms and my coach was checking on me.

I would talk with your line manager to explore how the apprenticeship programme will fit within your job role. Lifetime team can help you find the best programme for your needs, so once you have an idea I would directly ask them.
