Highway design engineer. I work on approving S38 and S278 agreement drawings, designs of highway maintenance schemes and major projects

Well organised. I have been assigned a mentor for the ICE which will help me get my professional qualification and Kier are very supportive of progression

They are a large organisation who are willing to invest in the younger generation of students to help them become the best employee they can. They acknowledge the importance of the apprenticeship and the training that is required

Keep a log of every project you work on, it will help with the professional development side of your career
