Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the Customer Experience Analyst at Lifetime, I am responsible for developing and managing the framework of which monitors customer insight, which helps us understand our learners journey through their apprenticeship. Acting as the central point for data collection and research for all our customers. I analyse data from multiple sources and manage monthly customer experience reporting, along with being the SME for our survey platform Qualtrics. I work with the insight consultant to develop a customer experience strategy to lead strategies that have a clear understanding of current customer behaviour.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed every module on the course and enjoyed networking with other peers on the cohort in similar industries.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since under taking my apprenticeship I have developed into an analyst role, and have learnt so much that has further developed my career. I have gained so much confidence whilst doing this apprenticeship!

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

All the modules and content has been easy for me to access on the learning platform. I have been able to learn at my own pace which has really helped me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

All my line managers during my apprenticeship have been really supportive of giving me my OTJ hours and supporting me with any questions I may have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have moved into an analyst role, so I don't think that would have been achievable without my apprenticeship
