To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as they give you lots if your own responsibility and encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. I also enjoy the programme due to the support of our mentors and tutors which are always there to offer their support

Good structure and we have scheduled review meetings with our internal mentors and our external programme provider

We have regular 1-2-1 meetings with our mentors and I have weekly calls with my line manager where we discuss progress and next steps i could take for my development

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the skills and criteria we have to meet as part of the qualification are hard to apply in the working environment that we work in. However, the qualification has helped develop my understanding as to why certain business decisions are made.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a number of socials throughout the year as well as some weekly sporting clubs. For example, football and badminton. We also had an organised early careers networking event which was a good opportunity to meet the wider early careers team
