Support the Operations Team with updating employee annual leave, time bookings and correcting engine input data. Frequently participate in Lean/Kaizen events for continuous improvement, and work on projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is fantastic. There is a huge variety of people to gain knowledge from, and the networking opportunities are immeasurable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developing skills and knowledge in Lean from participating in events, and this has given me the foundation I need to work towards my Six Sigma Black belt.

The structure is good, but there is always room for improvement and the programme is currently be revamped.
