my program has been structed fairly well given that it took place during the pandemic. i would have preferred more in person training. i was given off the job time to complete my studies however during exam and deadline times i found it challenging to manage my workload and apprenticeship work.

i have received good support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. however, at time i thought that they could have provided additional materials and resources to support learning, in particular ones which are tailored to our exams (such as questions banks or summary chapters for each topic)
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
